The Two Moors Way is a walking route from Ivybridge on the southern Devon coast to Lynton on the north coast of Devon. It is 103 miles long(160.9km)and is suitable for both long distance and day walkers.

The route crosses both Dartmoor and Exmoor and beautiful Devon scenery. The walk through Exmoor is a diverse landscape with steep Coombes, rivers, pretty hamlets, wild moorlands and towering sea cliffs.

Withypool is in the heart of Exmoor and the two moors way passes through it which is why Mole End is an ideal stop over. There is a shop/PO,a tearoom and a pub(The Royal Oak) in this picturesque hamlet with 6 arch stone bridge over the river Barle.
